¿De dónde eres?

Where are you from?

Soy de Venezuela, pero actualmente estoy viviendo en España.

I´m from Venezuela, but actually I´m living in Spain.

¿Qué te inspiró a comenzar una tienda y vender en etsy?

What inspired you to start your shop and begin selling on etsy?

Comencé diseñando y ayudando a mi hermana con su tienda de productos hechos a mano y ¡me encantó la experiencia! Decidí crear mi propia tienda: Kandy Diseños, una marca dedicada a la bisutería y algunos complementos diseñados y confeccionados por mi (¡me encantan los accesorios!) Todos los días aprendo cosas nuevas que me encantaría ir incorporando a la tienda. Comencé a vender en Esty porque me parece un gran portal para enseñar al mundo mis trabajos.

I started designing and helping my sister with her craft shop and I loved so much the handmade work! So I decided create my own shop: Kandy Diseños (Diseños = design) a brand dedicate to jewelry and some handmade fabric accesories (I love accesories!!) Every day I learn new things that I would love to incorporate to my shop.

I started to selling in Etsy because I think it´s a great portal to show your handmande work!

¡Rosa, rosa, rosa! ¡Sin ninguna duda! Pero debo decir que soy una apasionada de los colores, así que amo todos los colores del arcoiris. ^^

Pink pink pink! Without a doubt! But I have to say that I´m a color lover! So I love every color of the rainbow ^^

¿Cuál es tu filosofía de trabajo?
What is your philosophy towards work?

Trato de crear bisutería colorida y diferente. Cuando comienzo un diseño siempre tengo en mente que estoy haciéndolo para alguien especial y que cada pieza tiene su dueño incluso antes de ser creado...

Diseño cada pieza con cuidado y cariño y trato de transmitir ese amor en cada Creación Kandy :)

I try to create colorful and different jewelry. When I start a design I have in mind that I´m making it for someone special and each piece have their owner before to be created…
I design every piece with care and love and I try to transmit that love in every Kandy Creation :)

¿Cuál es tu mayor fortaleza?
Greatest strength?

Tengo mucha paciencia y me gusta hacer todas las cosas con pasión. Siempre trato de hacer reales mis sueños y trabajo duro por ellos.
I have to much patience and love to do all things with passion. I always try to bring to life my dreams and I work hard for them.

¿Cuáles son tus hobbies?
What are some of your hobbies?

Me encanta hacer yoga en mi tiempo libre. Me ayuda a desconectar de algunas cosas y a conectar con la magia de la vida.

I love to make yoga in my free time. It helps me to disconnect from some things and connect with the magic of life.

¡Me encanta leer! El último libro que leí fue "El vencedor está solo" de Paulo Coelho.
I love to read!! Latest book that I read was “The Winner Stands Alone” by Paulo Coelho.

¿Qué técnicas y herramientas utilizas para mantenerte organizada?
What techniques and tools do you use to keep yourself organized?

Bueno... ¡Aún estoy buscando esas técnicas! No tengo mucho tiempo con este proyecto, por lo cual todavía estoy trabajando en encontrar una buena manera de organizar el trabajo.

Ahora mismo basicamente trato de balancear el tiempo de creación con el tiempo de promoción de la tienda.
Wow! I´m still looking in that techniques! I don´t have to many time making handmade items, so I´m still working in find a good way to organize all work.
Right now basically I try to balance creating time and promoting time.

¿Cuál es la mejor película que has visto el año pasado?
What's the best movie you've seen in the last year?

Me gustó mucho Cisne Negro. Me encanta el director y su manera de hacer películas. Me gustó mucho Super 8 y también...¡Enredados! me gustan mucho las películas de animación.
I really liked Black Swan! Love this director and his way of making movies. I loved super 8 too. And Tangled! Love animation movies!

Si pudieses escoger un superpoder, ¿cuál escogerías?
If you could choose one superhero power, what would it be?

Me gustaría tener 3 superpoderes: manipulación del tiempo (ralentizar, acelerar, revertir, detener), curación acelerada (como Lobezno) y Teletransportación ^^ Creo que no hay un superheroe con todo esto! jaja
I would like to have 3 superpowers: time manipulation (slowing, accelerating, reversing, stopping), accelerated healing time (like wolverine) and Teleportation ^^ I think there´s no one superheroe with all this!! Lol
