Seguimos reflexionando en los Yamas, esta vez Satya, el segundo.
Satya सत्य : verdad, realidad. Nos habla de sinceridad. Respeto hacia lo que es verdad.

We continue speaking about the Yamas, this time Satya, the second.
सत्य Satya: truth, reality. Speaks about sincerity.
I respect what is true. Satya makes us take another step in the growth itself. It calls us to be totally authentic, to be who we are. What we feel, what we want, what we really want. Not what we think we want, not what we fear to lose, what we have thought or what is it easier for us. Not what we are shame to show from us, not what others tell us is best for us. We stand in the truth, and we do it without violence, without hurting others with how we say that truth.
To tell the truth of what we believe, making it properly, if it serves for something to the other person or yourself, and if it is really honestly.
We must ask to ourselves:
To practice Satya in our lives, we have to be honest with ourselves, I do not self-deception. If something is in a way, although I do not like it, I observe it, I accept it. At least do my best to accept it and know the truth about it. If is possible to change it to make it better, more healthy for me and for others, if there are more people who it will affect.
I say what must be said, without be in silence if it feels like I do not to have to be silent. Been honest. I do not say yes when we really want to say no, or no when I want to say yes.
